How do I delete our data?

Removing a child in the app removes their profile: they leave the start sheet and the box stops starting activities for them. Their progress records and the sessions they played are removed with the household when the account is deleted.

Unpairing a box makes it forget the household and go back to its setup network with a fresh pairing code, ready for whoever sets it up next.

To delete the account and everything under it, open the app and choose Settings › Delete my account. It asks for your password and then removes every child, all the people the box knows, all session history, every scanned chapter and the box pairing. If you cannot get into the app, write to us and we will do it for you.

Deleting is not reversible, and we do not keep a copy in case you change your mind.
