Jubbo has gone quiet

Jubbo rests between activities by design. It does not talk unprompted — at most one short line every ten minutes to show it is still on. A quiet box with lit eyes is a working box.

If the eyes are dark, it has no power. Check the cable at both ends; the box has no battery.

If the eyes are lit but the app shows it offline, it has lost Wi-Fi. Give it a minute — it re-dials on its own — and if it does not come back, unplug it for ten seconds.

If it stops mid-activity and the eyes stay lit, that is usually the network rather than the box. The same fix applies.

If it happens repeatedly, tell us and include roughly when: the sessions are logged our side and we can see what it saw.
