Stories your child gets to steer
Two ways to get a story: one Jubbo has written, or one your child makes up with it.
A new story is written every night for each age group and read out loud the next day. They run six to fifteen minutes depending on the age, in three to five chapters, with the sounds of the place worked in underneath — footsteps, a school bell, rain on an umbrella. There is no music: on a small speaker it costs more in clarity than it adds in atmosphere.
If a story is cut short — bedtime, or someone unplugs the box — the next press picks up at the chapter it stopped on rather than starting again. That window lasts two days.
Story Builder is the other half. Jubbo offers an opening and asks what happens next; your child answers, and the two of them trade lines until the story ends. What your child says steers it, and the session record shows you what they came up with.
